Stringent Quality

Control & Testing

Our production process includes online visual inspection to detect surface defects, ensure diameter accuracy, and assess weld bead shape. Sample rings are tested for mechanical properties such as flattening and bend tests to meet specifications.

Each pipe undergoes finishing and testing, including end preparation (facing/beveling) and hydrostatic pressure testing. Before delivery, every pipe is visually inspected, test data is re-verified, and reports are submitted to customers, ensuring uncompromised quality and reliability.
